The Professional Aerial Photographers Association, International is getting together in Tampa, Florida during the first week of February. We’ll do all of the sorts of things that all people do at conventions…except for wearing lampshades, I suspect. One of the things that we’ll be doing is the 2009 PAPA Iron Photoshop Contest.
This is a contest for those of “Journeyman” level. You’ll be provided 3 RAW images, a printer profile, and 20 minutes. Your images will be judged on technical merit (such as resolution of CA and moderation of Clipping) and subjective merit such as realistic color and conformity to the output profile (Gamut Warning, Softproofing…that sort of thing).
