Don’t forget to search the 2008 Idaho Stock Vertical Photography Data Base if your subject is likely to have been shot orthogonally-many technical subjects are.
Remember, a dot on the position marker indicates a vertical aspect, while an arrow indicates the direction the camera was pointing for an oblique.
Special types of imaging include assignments dangerous to one’s equipment!
If you can run, you can walk… We’re often asked if we can provide editorial and other types of imaging. Sure! We’ve imaged everything from a locomotive being built from scratch to microphotography of corrosion on a bridge bolt. In this case, the customer wanted a grinder with sparks flying. The blurry particles are those getting too close to the camera to remain in focus-the large blurry spot in the lower center frame is probably a bit too risky.
