Various Architectural and Aerial Photography Assignments in Idaho and Arizona, October 2007
Nov 11th, 2007 by Leo Geis
We have been extremely busy during the last 3 weeks with architectural and aerial assignments in Idaho, Utah, and Arizona, as well as a lecture on some technical aspects of digital imaging in Van Nuys, CA. Please visit our gallery and select the 10/07 Various Images album (navigate to Screen 2).
We’re very excited about the pending arrival of our Canon 1DsMIII’s, which we expect during this third week of November. We’ll be out of town again tending assignments in Golden (CO), Dallas and Houston (TX), Albuquerque (NM), and Fresno (CA), but we’ll start using the new gear as soon as it can be forwarded. The most intriguing aspects of the upgrade are dual onboard processors, the 14 bit A/D conversion, and autofocus improvements-frankly, the increased spatial capabilities are probably moot in most handheld aerials and unnecessary in most of our special effects work (such as HDR).
